The price for plated service starts at $34.00 per person. Menus
are also available
depending on taste and budget. A customized menu for your event
will be at each place setting, and guests can select their entrees
when they are seated. Pre-ordering of menu items is not necessary.

the price is $50.00 for 50 people or more, and $25.00 for less
than 50 people. Additional items may be added and the ingredients
selected would determine the cost, and other menus are available
depending on taste and budget. The Public House has a both an
indoor and outdoor grill should you want to have a casual backyard

We offer a wide variety of foods for special breakfast - brunch buffets. Our basic package includes fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon/country ham, biscuits, potatoes, juice and coffee for $15.00 per person with a 25-person minimum. This price does not include hot tea. For a little extra, the following additions can be added. Prices based per person. *For events held during non-business hours (i.e., Sundays), there will be an additional opening fee. Call us for details.

Private rooms are available for luncheons. There is
a minimum of
15 people required for a private room for lunch. Plated service
(2 to 3 courses - $15.00 to $30.00 per person) and buffet options
($15.00 to $20.00 per person) are available. Prices include iced
tea and coffee.

wine: The Flint Hill Public House offers a diverse wine list that ranges from the affordable to the extraordinary. We can select a wine or wines to compliment the season and your menu and budget. If there is a special bottle that would lend some tradition or significance, let us know. With enough lead-time we may be able to find it for you!
mixed beverages (liquor): Rail - $4.00 per unit; Call - $5.00 per unit; all top shelf liquors are regular price. Note: prices do not include tax or gratuity.

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Public House. Guests are not permitted to bring in any alcoholic beverages for their event. There are no exceptions.

The Public House offers full service off-site catering for up to 300 guests or private dinners in your home or office for two. If you are interested in having the Public House cater your event, please ask us about our catering options and prices. Many of the same options are readily available.
f i r s t c o l o n y r o o m
Special event dinners are usually held in our First Colony Room, which accommodates up to 50 people, with a 25-person minimum. There is no facilities charge for this room unless the guest count falls below 25 people. At that point a $100.00 (off season) or $150.00 (in season) fee applies.
b u i l d i n g r e n t a l
You can rent out the entire building for your function. Our building will hold up to 130 people (seated) and 175 people (cocktail) for rental. During our "season", which is April 1 to December 31, the price is $2,000.00 for afternoon rental (10:30am to 3:30pm) and $3,000.00 for evening rental (4:30pm to 12:00am). There must be a minimum of 75 people in order to rent the entire building. During our off-season, January 1 to March 31, the price is $1,000.00 for afternoon rental and $2,000.00 for evening rental. The same times and standards apply. Building rental fees include all serviceware for guests up to inside capacity. If you choose to hold an event during non-business hours an opening fee will be assessed.

non-refundable
fee for the use
of our grounds.
Additionally,

of the deck in
conjunction with

d e c k a n d p a r l o r r e n t a l
The Deck and Parlor may be rented for your special event. To rent the Deck, the cost would be $500.00. To rent both the Deck and the Parlor, the cost would be $750.00. Our Deck holds a maximum of 24 people, and there is a 20-person minimum for rental. The tables on the Deck will be set up as they are for regular service. The maximum capacity in the Parlor is 25 people and the facilities charge for this room is $250.00. (Note: During seasons where the deck is in use for regular service, the Parlor cannot be rented without the rental of the Deck.)
n o t e s a b o u t r o o m r e n t a l s
For the convenience of your guests and the regular guests of the Flint Hill Public House, more than one dining room or area* cannot be used for your function without the rental of additional rooms. If your guest count exceeds the maximum capacity for the room or area* you are interested in renting, building rental or grounds use will be required (prices are stated above). Our Pub is our main dining room and, in conjunction with special events, will only be used by discretion of management. The First Colony Room and Pub are our designated non-smoking dining areas. Smoking is permitted in our Parlor, and on the Deck and Grounds only.
*If you are renting both the Deck and the Parlor, this is considered one area.

A $250.00 non-refundable deposit for weddings and
off-site catering,

would like the
Public House

For events with guest counts of 50 or more guests, one-half
the food and
beverage estimate
for the final
count of guests
(see below) will
be due and payable
one week in advance.
g u e s t c o u n t
A firm estimate is required two weeks before the event. A final guest count is required five business days in advance. This will be the least amount we will charge you. The room(s) in which your event is being held will be set up according to your final guest count. Should your guest count exceed the guaranteed count by more than 10%, each additional guest will be charged at a rate of 175% of the quoted per guest price.

In order to facilitate your reception in a time frame that is satisfactory to you and your guests, and meets the time requirements of the Public House, we request a timeline of your event. Please include all applicable information such as musician arrival, guest arrival, receiving line, opening/closing the buffet line, cake cutting, toasting, dancing and guest departure time. This timeline is required at least one week before the wedding. If no timeline is given, it will be left to the discretion of the Public House to facilitate the details of the reception in a time period they feel is adequate.

For banquet service, we offer a childrens menu
for those age
12 and under
which includes
a small salad,
grilled chicken,
and a dessert for $15.00 per child. For buffet service, we charge
on a per plate basis, which includes any child who selects from
the buffet on his or her own. This will be the regular price
of the adult buffet. For any event in which there will be children,
they are to be supervised by an adult at all times. We will not
be responsible for any childs
actions, which
includes, but
is not limited to, injuries
or destruction
of personal property.
In the event that Public House property becomes broken or destroyed,
the parent or guardian will be notified and will be financially
responsible for such items.

We will do everything possible to make your wedding

That way, we

florists, photographers,
DJs, A/V specialists,
carriage rides,
etc.

The final arrival and departure times for your event are required one week in advance. We ask that you and your guests comply with the arrival and departure times given.
